Cheltenham Road, Winchcombe, Gloucestershire

This project is a charming house in Tewkesbury Borough Council’s Conservation area. Our brief was to secure planning permission for a new rear extension which was successfully granted and followed up by a Building Regulations application in 2017. The work was completed in 2019. Our design scheme allowed our client to maximise the stunning views over the Cotswold hills from the rear extension. We are very pleased with the outcome.
