Building Regulation Drawings for Stage 4 RIBA Plan of Work 

For this project, our services were engaged for the Stage 4 RIBA Plan of Work to prepare “Building Regulation Drawings” to submit to Building Control.

We provided the Building Regulations drawings package for an approved planning scheme of seven flats with two shop units, and collaborated with client’s modular housing company, structural engineer and LABC Building Control to provide a successful outcome.
